Dr. Ahmed Radwan’s journey began in Alexandria, where he was born in January 1981. From an early age, he displayed a passion for learning and a desire to serve his community. His commitment to education led him to pursue two PhDs—one in Business Administration and another in Dispute Resolution and Negotiation from the International University of Management and Leadership in France. These academic achievements laid the foundation for his remarkable career, which spans business, diplomacy, education, and public service.

Dr. Radwan’s leadership is defined by his belief in creating meaningful change. As the CEO of Mac Optic Investment Group, he successfully led one of Egypt’s top investment firms, driving innovation and economic growth. His role as Secretary-General of the Global Initiative for Suicide and Drug Prevention demonstrates his dedication to addressing critical social issues, ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive the support they need.

Beyond business, Dr. Radwan is a global advocate for education and youth empowerment. His appointment as Ambassador of Education for the International Organization for Education and Scientific Research in Indonesia and his leadership roles in organizations like the African Youth Development Council and the International Youth Union highlight his commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders.

In diplomacy, Dr. Radwan serves as the Permanent Representative of the International Diplomatic Council to the Arab League, where he represents Egypt’s interests with distinction. His leadership in the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Egypt, affiliated with the United Nations, reflects his dedication to justice, equality, and human rights.

Dr. Radwan’s work has earned him numerous prestigious awards, including the Arab Icons Award from the Arab Union of Entrepreneurs in 2022 and the LMA Magazine Award for Best Entrepreneur in Africa in 2023. In recognition of his expertise and leadership, he was also nominated for the position of Minister of Trade and Industry in the Egyptian government in 2017.
